Edie Shares the Art of Living
Ted Reyes, from apm MUSIC and moderator of their SoundScreen podcast, had the opportunity to interview Edie Hand recently. Here are some highlights and a link to the full podcast.

There is an aura to a person with a certain pedigree–an unmistakable glow that can immediately change the atmosphere of a place the moment this person walks in. It is different from charm or charisma because they require speech and overt gestures to exert their influence. Aura is innate, silent, even passive –but its power is anything but.
Edie Hand exudes this aura with every breath she takes–captivating everyone around her without uttering a single word. Yes, this magnetic aura is in her genes–the same genes that propelled her cousin, Elvis Aaron Presley to become a global icon.
From the moment she turned on her camera for our exclusive interview to the moment she walked into APM Music’s Hollywood office for a meet-and-greet, her power was on full display–turning heads, owning everyone’s attention with only her presence.
Edie is a renowned author of over twenty books, a businesswoman, a filmmaker, a speaker, and a mom. She is also the founder of The Edie Hand Foundation, which encourages women to tell stories about how they overcame trials and adversities on their journey to success through its “Women of True Grit” initiative.
While these stories live primarily within the pages of a series of her Women of True Grit books, she also produced mini-documentaries and “vignettes” that aired on multiple television networks across the country. These pieces helped bring these riveting and inspiring stories to a wider audience. APM Music is her proud partner in providing music for this important work.
